Experience:

As a receiver, Mr. Forche and our staff specialize in commercial, hospitality, or residential income properties that require asset improvement, tenant interaction, entitlement/permit preservation, budget preparation for deferred maintenance and continued operation.As a Las Vegas resident for over 32 years, Mr. Forche has an extensive network of contacts at all levels in the construction, business, and legal communities.

Qualifications:

Mr. Forche holds an AB Unlimited Contractors license, a Property Management Permit, and is a Nevada licensed Real Estate Broker. Mr. Forche currently owns income properties, and has developed commercial and residential projects in the Las Vegas area, and in other jurisdictions. 

Background:

Receivership cases carried out by Mr. Forche, both closed and active, are available upon request. He has served as a court appointed receiver in District Court extensively, and in Federal Court.

Receiver Fees:

In the course of a receivership appointment, if General Contracting (work requiring a permit), Property Management, or Brokerage services are required, Mr. Forche offers those licensed services, if provided for in the Court Order Appointing Receiver, and typically credits back a percentage of those fees against receiver fees and staff costs.
